Dr. Drew Stabile is a chiropractor in San Rafael, Ca. that utilizes a diversified approach to provide his patients with the best possible care. Dr. Drew believes in a head to toe chiropractic vision, and in addition to his work with back pain on the spine, specializes in extremities pain of the feet, ankles, hips, wrists, jaws, shoulders and the occiput, areas commonly neglected by other doctors. He also treats his patients for headaches, neck pain, TMJ syndrome, sciatica, and other conditions. Incorporating craniosacral techniques, as well as flexion-distraction, axial traction, decompression therapy, massage, laser therapy, stretches, exercises, heat, shockwave therapy, and cryotherapy into each patient visit gives his patients the best possible opportunity for both a speedy recovery and long-lasting functional improvements.

Dr. Stabile was a Cum Laude graduate of Palmer West College of Chiropractic and is a member of the Pi Tau Delta International Chiropractic Honor Society. He has furthered his education by attending seminars such as ProSport in Las Vegas and studied under chiropractic legends such as Dr. Mark Charrette and Dr. Dan McClure. Dr. Drew was a graduate of Torrey Pines High School in Del Mar, California before attending Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana for his undergraduate degree. A fitness enthusiast and avid traveler with CPR & EMT certification and experience, he has gone on chiropractic mission trips to the Dominican Republic and most recently Fiji in 2015, providing free health services to thousands of schoolchildren and impoverished people in those countries.


Dr. Alex is a passionate and charismatic healer who is dedicated to helping his patients discover long term solutions to their health concerns. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in Physical Therapy, from California State University, San Diego, a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from Life Chiropractic College West, Hayward, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

Although he had always been drawn to the healing arts, his dedication and commitment to the healing art of chiropractic care weren’t fully realized until well into the first year of his doctorate program. While serving as a chiropractic ambassador on a mission trip to Peru, he and his fellow classmates provided chiropractic treatment to thousands of impoverished and underserved individuals, which allowed him to witness the life-changing impact treatment had on each individual patient, it was then that he knew he had found his calling.

Dr. Alex practices non-invasive treatment by using chiropractic adjustments to remove stress from the body’s nervous system, allowing the body to self-heal and reach optimum functionality. Patients will immediately feel the benefits of treatment and continue seeing results long term. He truly loves helping people rediscover their body’s true state of being, absent of aches and pains they thought to be normal occurrences.

In addition to practicing chiropractic care, Dr. Alex is also a personal trainer, which has further expanded his understanding of patient needs. Being a licensed Chiropractor and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) allows him to focus on treating sports-related injuries, a long-held passion which is largely driven by his own experiences as a college athlete. Having been in the health and wellness industry for over two decades, he utilizes his extensive knowledge and experience in fitness, sports performance and rehab to optimize his patients’ recovery, progress, and continued wellness.

When he is not treating patients or training clients, Dr. Alex enjoys cooking, playing the guitar, and spending time with his amazing daughter, Allayna.
